Mobile service, travel, printing, waiting time, parking, same-day, weekend, after-hours, and emergency/time-sensitive request fees may apply.

Deposits may be required for mobile, same-day, weekend, after-hours, printing, or extended-distance appointments. Cancellation, no-show, waiting, travel, parking, printing, rush, and emergency/time-sensitive fees may apply.
All signers must be present, willing, aware, and able to provide acceptable identification. A notarization may be refused if legal requirements are not met.
